Description
The MEAN WELL XDR-480E-36 is a 480W class AC/DC economical ultra slim industrial DIN rail power supply designed for compact control panels and industrial equipment requiring a regulated 36VDC output. It delivers 13.3A rated current and 478.8W rated power, with an adjustable output range of 36V to 42V. The unit accepts 85-264VAC input and 120-370VDC input, provides 95.5% typical efficiency and uses fanless free air convection cooling to support reliable operation in enclosed systems. With a 48 x 125.2 x 125mm slim DIN rail housing, built-in PFC, built-in constant current limiting, DC OK relay contact, droop mode current sharing for parallel operation up to 1920W using 3+1 units, overvoltage category III, operation from -40°C to +70°C with derating and protection against short circuit, overload, overvoltage and overtemperature, the XDR-480E-36 is suitable for industrial control systems, factory automation, semiconductor fabrication equipment, electro-mechanical apparatus and battery charger applications.
