Complimentary delivery & service:

We believe that when you purchase a luxury product, you should receive a luxury service. That's why once we've prepared your bottle we'll send you an email with a photograph of your finished gift, giving you another chance to ensure your gift is perfect. We also believe your delivery should be included and so we offer complimentary delivery on all our orders.

Up to 5 working days for orders placed before 12 noon

Complimentary delivery - £0.00

Your bottle will be delivered by courier. If you are not there to receive the bottle the courier will leave a card for you to rearrange delivery. They will make a 2nd attempt to deliver. If they miss you again the bottle will be returned to the depot for you to collect. 

*If you do not collect it within 5 working days the bottle will be sent back to us.

NOT GOING TO BE IN? Leave us a message to let us know a safe place to leave the bottle. 

 

Rules and Regulations:

UK Mainland Orders

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select post codes in specific rural areas we may offer limited delivery options. You will be notified of this at checkout.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

 

Delivery Address 

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode. 

 

At this time Forsythe Bespoke Champagne only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).

 

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your bespoke bottle, however should you find it's not to your requirements we will do all we can to fix it or give you a full refund. Please note: Should this occur the bottle must be returned un-opened, and undamaged in its original packaging.
